details : 1997年，本拔與小內子墜入愛河不久，去看《Titanic》。這是我倆一起走進電影院的第一套電影。對拔母而言，本拔當年年紀尚輕，難免抱著「中學生應否談戀愛」的保守心態，緊張地問：「看電影？《緣份的天空》呀？（非常自信以為一定估中的語氣）」

本拔：「係《Titanic》呀！」

內心續曰：「點會咁老土…妳個仔係極端性格派，一係唔睇，一睇梗係要驚天地泣鬼神！妳個仔和妳兒媳都將會譜出《Titanic》般的驚天動地愛情故事架，走著瞧！」最終此片真係問鼎全球電影票房冠軍（逾12.42億美元），直至2010才被《Avatar》打破（逾12.88億美元），關鍵係兩套都是James Cameron作品，超屌（台語）！

小內子有個女性朋友不屑我倆愛得甜蜜，嚷著：「你地快D走上黃埔花園果隻船，大叫『you jump i jump』啦！」

記得當年此片長駐電影票房冠軍，上映應該有半年以上都未落畫（《Avatar》亦然），印象深刻的是，輿論有傳女性觀眾睇左一定喊。豈料小內子好像冇喊；本拔故意買埋正版VCD（當年DVD剛起步未普及）局老豆拔母在本拔房內的14吋芒仔睇足全片3粒幾鐘，拔母都冇喊…頂！

電影主題曲〈My heart will go on〉記載了老子的愛情萌芽期回憶。每當哼起這歌，都會想到上面的片段，還有與小內子於當年12月到赤柱摸黑聽海，她做口者喱仔俾我吃；在灣仔及杏花村海旁看海；我們又常以某屋村遊樂場的設施作鐵達尼號，在夜裡坐上去數星星…

2012年4月15日，今天，是「永不沉沒」鐵達尼號的沉沒百年祭…

多諷刺…。
